I need to re-install windows on one machine. There is 211 days left on the webroot anti-virus with spy sweeper application. I want to be able to install the anti-virus again and re-activate the same serial key being used for webroot anti-virus after re-installing windows. What do I do?

Before you reinstall Windows, be sure you have your keycode handy.  If you don't already have it written down somewhere and Webroot is still installed, open Webroot and click "My Account."  You should see your keycode on screen.  You'll want to write that down if you didn't have it handy already.  Then you can take care of your reinstallation of Windows.  Following that, run the Webroot installer, enter your keycode, and you should be all set.  🙂

is it necessary to uninstall webroot before re-installation of windows to get some necessary information or anything or can i just go straight away and re-install windows?

There is no need to uninstall Webroot first.
