Adobe Flash Player settings

When I try to view articles on my AOL home page I get "Local Storage  cfilas5min.com is requesting permission to store information on your computer.  Requested up to 1MB currently used 100KB".  When I click 'deny' it ignores me.Can anyone tell me what this means and should I allow it?  Don't like things like this!

Looks like it's something you can safely allow and change the setting so it doesn't bug you.  It's not an indication of malware or anything like that:
