lemur worm or virus
A scan by System Mechanic of my laptop that has been running slow has detected a Lemur worm/virus in my Sony Viao Control Center/NetworkSetting that I have not been able to remove. Any suggestions?

I presume that the version of System Mechanic that you are referring to is the Professional one as it is the only one that has malware protection included? If that is the case do iolo not have a Support Desk you can contact for advice re. removal?
ALso, do you run WSA and do you have a current subscription as if you do then you can contact Webroot Support and they can look into it for you...the service is free for current subscription holders.
