Webroot Password Manager on Google Chrome failure to log in

Webroot Password Manager on Google Chrome failure to log in ..... error .....Unknown email address!!

if I enter the correct email address and password it does work for a few seconds and does correctly fill in the details for any website I am trying to log into but then immediately logs me out Webroot Password Manager with error "incorrect email address"

Technical support said that there was an issue then bailed out on me.


anyone got any suggestions

Password Manager is broke. Webroot posted it should be fixed this month or later next month.

    Try LastPass. It's easier to navigate, there is a free version and WR's pw manager is based upon it. Use it at least until the WR manager is fixed which I understand should be next month.
