As you might know when you are connected to the internet WSA is always up to date as all the work is done in the Cloud. Now to product version numbers there a bit of confusion for the PC version so have a look here: https://community.webroot.com/webroot-secureanywhere-antivirus-12/windows-10-1909-reporting-webroot-is-off-webroot-is-slowing-computer-341071#post351401
To find out what version you have just hover your mouse over the Webroot Icon down by the clock;
