OMG :S your place is flooded with snow :(

Here in the Central Europe where I live we have -2°C with nice sunset now and without even a tiny sign of snow 😃 Can I be open? If so I have to reveal my secrets ... I hate the winter and snow. I should have been born somewhere in the warm climate. I really suffer during the winter time, so I am eagerly awaiting the spring and summer especially.

That said, I would be crazy from such rush of snow. Take care TH!

Hi TH, I hope your enjoying the snow. We had our snow fall 2 weeks ago, 1 inch and everything was closed down. I know what it's like up there. Born in Buffalo, NY I remember those cold winter days and lake effect snow storms. It's chilly down here in the Virginia Beach area, about 57 degrees. :p  Have fun in the snow because I sure don't miss it. 😃

Snow just started here, and we are expecting 4-6 inches at this point, but all my friends in Mass will have their hands full with this storm. You can shovel a few inches, but when you are talking a few feet,it becomes a nightmare on so many levels. That being said,i love the snow.My little taste of heaven on earth.People here in Philly typically cannot drive on a normal day,so i am expecting saturday to be pretty dangerous. That's why i take the train to work.So much safer.

I’m from Long Island and I just woke up to about a foot of snow on the ground (the East Coast Blizzard), and it’s still snowing!  If this kind of weather keeps up, we won’t have to worry about A/V and A/M programs … we had better start worrying about the planet!    :S

WOW!  I have not seen that much snow since... well, a bit over 30 years!  To be honest, I am quite glad that I don't have it now.  Do be careful if you have to go out to shovel or snowblow that stuff..

Thanks, David.  Remarkably, the roads have been cleared and I'm all dug out.   :D  Long Island was badly hit by Sandy, and I think we learned a lesson from it.  We live on a very fragile piece of real estate on a planet that is becoming increasingly susceptible to these storms.

Yeah, but can you good ole southern boys throw your skis in the car and be out on the slopes in a few hours?  Everything is a trade-off!  😃
