Good Morning/Afternoon Webrooters,

It was raining this morning and all night in fact. But the sun is shining now and the fall colors are stunning when taking a drive today. Now it has started pouring AGAIN just out of nowhere.

Go jogging in the rain holding a rubber duck so you don't ever have to go to the gym again! Also free shower!
Gym!! ME? never LOL.
I have ever been to a gym once and that was to pick someone up and I have not set foot inside one since.
I have just had some soup, my first to eat for 2 days and I am just waiting to see if I will be going to work this afternoon now in about 45 minutes.
Used to go to PF till they added yet more bikes and tredmills and got rid of the only ab machine at the closest one 😞 ONE AB MACHINE! They only put lots of tredmills in because they look flashier than ab machines. PF sucks.

Good morning Webrooters,
It's a nice sunny day today and the temp is 60 degrees. It's going to rain this evening so Colleen and I are going out to enjoy the day, at a doctors office. LOL She has a routine checkup today at 11 am. Everyone enjoy today, we'll see you when I get back home. :D

Hey Jeff, when you get old, that's the only thing you have to look forward too. A day out at the Doctors office.

Are you saying that when we get older we feel worse than we do now?
That is something to look forward to isn't it :D
The only thing I will not be doing is go to a casino, I would rather have a pint of beer than lose it on a throw of the dice.

This is one of the only things that my husband can do that he enjoys. Since he struggles with Corticobasal Dengeneration. So it is a escape from it all. :D

And @ I have a drink too. :D:p

Talking about blood pressure. I just checked mine, a minute or two ago, and it was 152/89.  I am still avoiding  BP medication for as long as possible.

Hi Tarnak!

Aww that is a little high isn't it? Mine was at 156/90 2 months ago and I didn't want to take BP medicine either but it looks like I'll try it now because my heart beats really fast all the time. To much stress and I need to exercise even though I'm not overweight to fight this darn thing! Eat more vegetables..etc, etc.

Hi Sherry,

I hope you seeing a good doctor : "Atrial fibrillation (or "a-fib") is very similar to superventricular tachycardia (SVT). Both conditions affect the atria of the heart. The difference rests in the regularity of the heartbeat. SVT is a fast, regular heartbeat; a-fib is a fast, irregular heartbeat."

I am not concerned with my BP, as I check it regularly.  I am booked to see my cardiologist sometime, next month. Not sure of the exact day, but I'll get a reminder via SMS on my smartphone. 🙂

Thank you Tarnak for that information.  I have just gone to my Primary Doctor. I am going to try the medicine and see if things changes. I have to go back to the doctor in 3 weeks .By then I might have to go to a Cardiologist.

Well you take care of yourself Tarnak. Keep us posted after your Cardiologist appointment. Ok?

I will let ypu know how it goes. But, if were you I would ask for a referral to a cardiologist. That's what I did, after I got the results back from my GP, after my self-requested Calcium Coronary Score test. This potentially staved of getting a cardiac arrest. [I had an angiogram, and as a result, a stent put in by my cardiologist.]

Plus, I didn't see a bill from the cardiogist for doing all that. It would have cost thousands of dollars, no doubt! ...But, I have health insurance, too, and that would have covered me for the overnight stay in the private hospital. My health insurance with my chosen insurer, costs me $5 a day. 🙂

That's great that you have good health insurance.  Sounds like you are being taken care of then. Some drama with a stent...an operation..which I'm happy to hear that this saved your life of a potential heart attack. That's something to think about isn't it? My next appointment I'll ask for a referral to Cardiologist if I cant get BP down. I do have good health insurance.

When you had your operation Tarnak did you have anyone there for you? Like family? Did you get help when you got home?

When, I flunked the stress test on the treadmill, at my cardiologist's rooms, he said he could do the angiogram before Christmas, or after. Naturally, I chose the 'earlier the better' option. ;)

So, when I see my cardiologist in December, hopefully all is continuing to be well for me.

I live alone, but I had arranged for friends to take me to the hospital, and back home, after discharge from hospital, the next day. :)  Just a week before, Christmas! :D

Well that's not very good failing the Stress Test..;)

I hope everything is good for you in December. We don't want any bad news.

My Brother lives alone in Utah and he had to have a 5 bypass surgery .to save his life. My Sister and I flew out twice to help him. She flew from California and I from New York. I'm greatful he made it through..

As long as you have friends then that always helps. :)

Oh yea that was your Christmas present. Life! 😉

Good morning Webrooters. :D
Nice brisk morning here in the south. it's 35 outside my home and we have to go the Virginia Beach Hospital this morning. Colleen gets her implanted heart monitor today at 10:30, she's not too happy. I'm going to make a quick cup of coffee and some toast then we're leaving. See you all when we get back. Have a great day. :D

Look at the temp on Sunday down here "72". NICE! :p

Thank you @ for the happy Good Morning post. I love toast and coffee.. Hopefully Colleen can hold out until all the test are done.

I just got back home an hour ago from the ER/Hospital because Milan was having issues at 1:00 am and we spent the day there trying to get help. He was dizzy, shaking, couldn't walk so it's part of his Parkinson's and other brain issues it seems. Plus dehydration going on ...so that's my story if the day. ;)

Take care ya all!

I hope things have settled down now a little bit with Milan for you Sherry.
It sounds like you need a cuppa as well so get yourself sat down for an hour and try to relax.

Sorry to hear about Milan. I hope he's feeling better. @ seems like we're in the same world, a day out is either at the doctors office or the hospital. Colleens implant went very well. It's a 3 year implant. Hang in there Sherry, there has to be better days ahead, that's what Colleen and I tell one another. ;)

Good morning / afternoon Webrooters,
It's a wet warm day here today. In the 70's spotty showers. Sun will shine tomorrow and will be in the 70's again.:D
Finally! Gasoline under $2.00 a gallon a few miles away from home and still going down. :D
Hope everyone has a nice day today.
