I am managing other customers'  Webroot consoles and just want to know if it is at all possible to get a common Admin Console to do all the customers with one logon.

Thanks

Louis

Endpoints update themselves automatically unless you disable the setting in the policy.
If for some reason they don't or you want to do it manuaklly, you can do manual updates by issuing a "Download and run" command to http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsasme.exe

The customers should be able to add your email address as a user on their console, then you should see it in your list. I think.

Explanoit is spot on! Once you are added as a "User" in your customer's console(s), you will have a list of consoles you can access when you first login.

Thanks to all for the advise it is working great to add myself as a user to the customer login and then I can manage the customers as I wanted.

However, can I issue an instruction to the endpoint to update the agent version?

Thanks
Louis
