cannot uninstall
Windows 7 tells me this program is not compatible. Program is running and cannot be uninstalled. Help!!!!

Can you provide a bit more specific details? Which exact program is being labeled at not compatible?
Does the error window specify exactly which program is the problem?
Which version of Windows 7 are you using?
Do you have any other AV's on the computer?
WSA is compatible with WIndows 7, so I am guessing that there is something else wrong here. If we can figure it out here, that would be great, but in the end you may end up needing to submit a Trouble Ticket.
