A few years ago I had a disk eraser utility on a 3.5" disk that I could use to completely erase a hard drive. I want to completely erase the "C" drive on another computer that has problems so I can do a clean install of Windows 7. Is this utility still available?

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

I do not recognise the app that you are referring to but can advise that there are a whole host of excellent freeware disk erasing apps available.  All you have to do is Google "Disk Erasing Apps" and you should be well served with a great selection of suitable apps (Hint: my favourite one is the 3rd one down in the list...;))
