Does Webroot Android app have an ad blocker or site blocker that can be used on a non-rooted device?
Also does it work on 2.3.5 on a ZTE N860?

We do not have an ad blocker built into the app. However, malicious apps and websites will be blocked.
The apps are for Android 2.2 and higher so you will have no issues running it on your device. 😉
