account creation problem

Hi.need some help.
Trying to install webroot secure anywhere onto samsung note 10.1tablet.have downloaded app but when i try to login i keep getting error message.
Message reads-license check failed due to invalid keycode.responce code;1
I have entered disk code and code from my account page but both give same error code.
Any ideas.

Thanks for providing that info-that tells me that you are on the most recent version. I went ahead and associated your "My Webroot" account with your active SecureAnywhere Complete keycode. That should do the trick for getting the Android app installed on your mobile device. Let me know!

    Welcome to the Webroot Community forums!
     
    Turns out, your "My Webroot" account is attached to an expired SecureAnywhere Complete keycode and not the one you sent me in a Private Message. Before I proceed to associate the account with the other keycode, can you open your Webroot SecureAnywhere program, click the "My Account" tab, and tell me what it says for the version?

    Have checked on my account page and found version running on pc is-8.0.2.37
