after installing webroot on my phone my internet speed dropped from 50MBS to <1MBS.

I installed webroot on my motorla moto G. Internet speed goes into crawl mode. I shut off all webroot shields, reboot phone and my speed jumps back up. If I turn on any one shield, the speed crashes down to <1MBS. Note: this is a WiFi only problem Any thoughts?

    Welcome to the Webroot Community,
     
    I have WSA on my Android and I don't have any problems with the Webshields or internet speed with my WiFi. Do you have a good connection to your WiFi?
     
    Have you tried an uninstall/ reinstall of Webroot or better yet checked for WSA for updates from the Google Play Store? I have version 3.7.0.7144. If you want help trying a uninstall/ reinstall let me know. 
     
    You could also submit a Support Ticket and explain your issue and they may ask for your Logs to see if there is some issue there. This is a free service with an active Webroot subscription.
