My phone is showing red with android mobile tracker which cannot be removed. What do I do?

Mine too and it won't uninstall. My phone has been hacked severely and it's gonna stop!

If WSA-Mobile is not able to detect and remove, you may want to file a Trouble Ticket (link below) to have Webroot Support take a look at it.

I checked with support and it looks like this one is a false positive.  You can safely hit Ignore until our threat team gets that one resolved.

What is it though? I understand your saying it's a false positive but what's it's purpose?

A false positive is when our software mis-identifies something benign as being malicious.  That can happen with some software if it behaves in a manner that causes our software to be suspicious.  Once we've identified that it is a false positive, then we make updates to our software and database to no longer flag it.  In the meantime, it does cause confusion for you guys, which is unfortunate.
