Yes. It should be removed from the help text and the Android GUI, imo. (From the "Review Apps" section of the GUI.)

Hi,
As it is explained here https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-Mobile-for-Android/Secure-web-browsing-does-not-work/m-p/296025/highlight/false#M4916 , you can get the new paid version 4.2.0.8067instead of 3.7.1.7660, after installing the current free version.
The previous tray icon was green and the new is white......
Then the new "battery monitor" screen is different but there is always talk of  "consuption by application":@
