Can't get past renewal to enter new activation code

I purchased a Samsung Electronics Tab S7 for Christmas.  Bought new family subscription to Webroot.  Loaded it on desktops, laptops, phones but cannot get Webroot on the tablet to let me past the renewal page that requires payment.  Please help!

If your Samsung Tablet 7 is an Android you will need to get Webroot from the Google Play Store.

Please have a look HERE and/or HERE

If you have any issues then Webroot Support can guide you through the install of Webroot on a Mobile.
