Good morning:
I installed the Webroot Backup and Sync for Android on my Samsung Note 3.
When I touch the app icon the screen icon I then click on "Remote Containers".
Then I click on "Anywhere".
My cloud based folders appear.
I click on any folder and then my files for that folder appear.
I click on a particular file and it turns a bright green colour - BUT THE FILE WILL NOT OPEN!
Actually - nothing happens.
Any idea what I can do to fix this?

Instead of just clicking on the file you wish to view, you will need to press and hold on the file until a menu appears. Please see this User Guide entry for details.

? DONT be. I had the very same problem when I first used it 🙂 It was an issue with the mobile versions that got me to register for the Community to begin with as I recall LOL!
