Factory Reset Phone, Subscription now does not work.

I recently just reset my phone thinking that it would make a bug go away. I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII, and I bought the premier version during black Friday for $1.07. After reinstalling Webroot, I have the free version, and I am unable to reupdate my app to the permier version. Can someone help me?

From the main screen of the free app, tab Menu and then Register. Then tap Activate, and enter your Premier keycode to upgrade the app to the Premier version. I'll send your keycode along in a private message in case you don't have it handy.

Can you try a reinstall? Uninstall and go Here with your phone and in install and try to enter your keycode again. If that doesn't work a Webroot Staff member will be online 7AM to 5PM MST to help you or you can Submit a Support Ticket and get help that way.
