Help with registering iPhone

I've installed Webroot on my laptop and desktop Macs. I've downloaded the Webroot app for my iPhone, but when I try to login, using the same ID and password I use on the laptop and desktop, it doesn't recognize it. I can't find a way to activate the program on my iPhone. I still need to include my iPad, but haven't tried that yet.

    Please take a look, at this KB Article on the subject, and this one if you require the added functionality.
     
    You can also look  here for the correct version http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/ios
     
    I do have an iPad running WebrootSecure Browser. Backup & Sync with Password Manager.
     
    But I also have WebrootSecureAnywhere Complete for 5 devices.
     
    You can install WSB and Backup & Sync from the Apple Store if you like.
     
    If you are having problems you can always Contact Support free of charge and they can helo you too.
