I have installed Weroot in my Machine as well as in my Andriod device fine then Hw can I scan my device from my machine.

You can issue Lost Device Protection commands (Scream, Wipe, Lock, & Locate) from the console and your MyWebroot account but issuing a scan is not currently available.
I think this would be a nice addition! Please Submit a New Idea to the Ideas Exchange where it can gain popularity.
