That I am not sure. You will proably have to download onto your PC first, do any editing needed to format it for Android, and then email it to yourself at your Android's gmail address.@ wrote:

You might try a Google search for something like "how to format an android phone startup logo". I just did and got some results that might help out on it. (This is something I have never tried, so I do not know for sure how complicated it is or even if some models of phone have the logo locked to where it cannot be changed.)
