How do I activate my Phone Locator with my tablet?

I need to know how to activate the part of app on this tablet that will allow me to locate and lock my lost cell phone.  Please help

    Thank you so much.  It worked!!  At first I located my phone,   and was happy to see it was here at my house.  I was sure I had lost it in town.  Then, I used the "Scream" option and found it.  What a great app!  And how wonderful you were to help me!  Thanks again.
