on the tablet that i cant load the webroot to, when i put in the security key (which is correct) it says its incorrect and cannot add.what do i do?

What is the name of the application that you are attempting to install?
You will want to download the Security-Free application and then make sure that you are entering your keycode and login credentials correctly when prompted.
