*How do i reset webroot on tablet after renewal?????

Sorry for that. ...Would you open Webroot on your tablet and at the top upper right hand side you will see 3 white dots. Tap on that and tap on General Settings/Support Options/Force license check. See if that works for you.

Thanks after many times hiting the force button no success. Uninstalls got me in trouble now. Nuts!!!!!

May I ask what happened? Did you restart your device after uninstalling Webroot?
 
If you are having issues then please Submit a Support Ticket oir call Webroot Support in the morning and they will help you free of charge.

You may need to disable "Device Administrators" to properly uninstall Webroot from your tablet. You can find iformation on how to do that HERE.

• Thanks for help. After lots of beating the screen it turned green. It shouldn't be this dificult! Similiar problem last year. You keep pounding a square peg in a round hole and it will go sooner or later ???

 

You are certainly most welcome. Sorry that you were having issues with Webroot. I've had Webroot on my Android and tablets devices for 3 1/2 years without any problems.  But Thanks for letting us know that all is good now. Again we apologize for any inconveniences.

I'm sorry you had so much trouble.  Sometimes when you are renewing with the same keycode, it can take up to 24 hours for the renewal to take effect on a mobile device.  That could be what happened here.  I'm glad you're up and running now!
