I have a 5 user webroot Internet Security Complete.  I have installed on my W10 devices.  Installed also on iOS and Android phones.  Both installed per instruction on Website, and no issues with installation or login.

Devices do not show in the webroot secureanywhere portal under Mobile Devices.

Appreciate any insight.

Hi James,

Your most welcome!

No it does not count as one of your licenses. ;)

Secure Web is free and will not count as one of your devices.

Hello jaherr,

Welcome tio the Webroot Community,

For your IOS..please read below:

It's important to know that your iOS device will not show up under "mobile protection" in your online account, regardless of what version of Webroot you have. SecureWeb and SecureSync are Webroot apps for iOS devices, but they are not anti-virus applications and thus will not appear in the mobile anti-virus portion of the account area.

Now for your Android should show up after a few Webroot scans. Try rescanning Webroot and restart your Android device. See if Webroot shows up in your Online Account. Sometimes it takes the Cloud time to register your device.

If you don't see your device listed after an hour or so you can always contact the support team and they will gladly check this issue out for you.

Hope this helps?

Thanks Sherry!  I will rescan a few times, and give it time.

As the iOS is not the A/V, does it use one of my licenses?
