I have just downloaded the free mobile webroot browser to my IPhone 5S. Can I make it my default?

I have just downloaded the free ios mobile browser, and for the life of me cannot figure out how to make it my default browser.  I am not a techie, but the best in my house.  HELP. Please and Thank you.
