I just upgraded to the Webroot Complete this afternoon. I have been trying to get it setup on my phone all afternoon. I keep putting in the user name and password and keep getting message that "Login Failure"......
I've read the forums but have been unsuccessfull with getting a fix for this.

Although some of the tips and instructions are for Android users, I think the article will still be highly useful. I would like to gather more information if you have tried the suggestions in the article and are still receiving the error.
1. Are you able to login to your My Webroot Account?
2. If so, can you Send Me a Private Message with the email address you are using?
