login error
I have just bought a new tablet and am trying to set up webroot secure anywhere. I get the message "login failed. The email or password entered is incorrect". I have this installed and working fine on my pc and phone. I have also reset the password.

Yes, it is sorted now thanks. I had to give myself access to back ups.

I just tried to login on what looked like this page. AND NOW I’M BEGINNING TO THINK WHAT THE … THIS ISN’T WORTH MY EFFORT.
