Login Failed Error

I had to do a factory reset on my phone.  When I redownloaded Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete and tried to login I got this error message: "Login failed.  The email or password you entered is incorrect."  I am using the same email and password that I use to login to mywebroot on my PC.  Any ideas on why it won't work and what I need to do?  Thanks.
 
I have checked out the post in knowledge base regarding this issue and still have no luck.  I've reset my password, made sure capslock wasn't on, my device isn't rooted, etc.
