I was not able to look up your account with the email you registered here on the Community with. I think this article on "https:///t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-for/Mobile-quot-Login-Failed-The-email-or-password-you-entered-is/ta-p/5812" errors will be extremely useful in your case.

If it is not, can you please provide me with more detailed information so I can help you figure this out ASAP!

  1. Any email adresses you have registered your Webroot products under
  2. Whether or not you have created a My Webroot Account and if your iPad is possibly auto-filling a different email address
  3. Any keycodes you have access to or that show up under "Manage Keycodes" within your My Webroot Account
  4. The specific wording of the errors you receive when trying to enter your credentials on your iPad
