I have my android phone registered with webroot but I originally had my Motorola Xoom tablet installed with webroot but it doesnt show up on my webroot account.

I have now lost my Tablet and i believe I can lock it remotely and locate it using webroot. Can anyone help?

Hey dogsoldier,

I'm trying to take a look on the back end to see why the tablet isn't showing up for you on your My Webroot Account.

Can you please Send me a Private Message with your email adress that you use for the online account.

Thanks TH for your suggestions!

The tablet was connected to a separate My Webroot Account and it has not checked in with the server which could be because there has not been an active 3G/4G/wifi connection.
