Mobile device blocked

Please help me. My mobile device Samsung Galaxy Note II N7100 is locked by Webroot security. I change my chip (from 55 22 99462322 to 55 22 88043550) and the password (edit: removed user's password for security purposes) is unrecognized. How to proceed? Thanks. SERGIO VIANNA PEREIRA.

All of the information we have pertaining to this problem is available in this knowledgebase article.  If the device has an internet connection, you can perform a password reset via the online console.  Otherwise, you will need to input the old password.
