Is there anyway that you can stop the force closing of the Mobile Protect application on the Iphone and make sure that the application is opened automatically at power on of the phone.
As soon as it's closed you loose all communication with the device and it's useless. If a phone goes missing and this application is closed you have no control.

There's a bug where the app has to be in the foreground (i.e. the active app) to respond. There's no workaround that I know of, unfortunately. The dev team is working on getting it fixed. Sorry for the hassle!
