Same here, Web Root can't uninstall it.....I contacted their service team. . . . Crickets

I believe that what you are seeing is in fact afalse positive detection. Please these two previous post on the same subject...HERE & HERE for more information on this.
 
If however you are still concerned you can Open a Support Ticket and check this out with the Support Team.
