To uninstall the malicious app from your Android device, go to the Settings menu, then click on Apps or Application manager (this may differ depending on your device). And see if you can remove thiss program from your device.
Asa if you cannot uninstall then I woud Submit a Support Ticket free of chage with a Webroot subscription.
