my desktop console doesn't show my iPad
I followed all the instructions to download and install the apps. They seem to be working fine on the iPad - I can log in, surf the web, etc. But when I log in to my desk top console, it only shows my PC as being protected. Under mobile devices it shows 0. I haven't even tried yet on my iPhone.
