Welcome to the Community Forums.
Essentially all you have to do is to uninstall the Webroot mobile version from your old device, remove the device from your online account & then install the app on you new device.
If you need guidance on how to do that please let us know which mobile OS your old & new devices are running, and we should be able to provide what you need.
