No settings on the settings for secure anywhere

There's s blank screen under general settings in secure anywhere. The only heading is support options but still nothing listed.

Is there something wrong? See attached screen shot.

    Ok thanks, I expected more than support options to be listed under settings. I'm used to support being it's own category as in under help.

    Hi sherry,

    This answer is a bit weird. The help guide for the app specifically mentions the option to change the persistent status of the webroot icon. Seems like without a proper settings window it won't happen.

    Would love some help in order to fully use the app and kill the webroot icon.. thx
