Phone locked after SIM card change, can't unlock

Hello,

I changed the SIM card in my phone, and now it's locked and I can't unlock it even when I changed my password and typed in a new one. I'm on vacation overseas and really need for my phone to work. Is there any way someone could help me if I provide my account info? Thanks!

Hey laurak,

Please refer to this great Knowledge Base Article that should help you with your SIM card issues.

It explains thoroughly the steps to unlock your phone and how you may need to use your old password due to it saving locally on the device.
