phone log in
i have an android phone, which is protected by webroot, i have a pattern unlock and when i changed the pattern i couldn't remember the pattern i had chosen so it went to a screen to use my google accout to log in, but it wont accept that either, says e-mail or password wrong, but it is not, now i cannot access my phone.., HELP!!

The screen you're getting is not a Webroot screen, but rather your phone login screen. In order to unlock it, you will need to put in your Google Account email address and password, not the email address and password you use to log in to your "My Webroot" account. If you cannot remember the password, you will need to go to gmail and reset it. Let me know if you have other questions or something still doesn't make sense. I will help you out accordingly.
