repeated error message when trying to register webroot complete on my tablet - "key code not associated with this user name and account". It is! It recognises the trial key but not the paid version. Help!

I am pretty sure I tracked down your trial. Just to be sure will you Send me a Private Message with your Paid keycode as well as the email address the trial is attached to.
