second android device
when i log in to mywebrootsecureanywhere, it shows one mobile device (my samsung) protected. when i click on add a mobile device from my wife's lg, an android device, the webroot secure anywhere site shows the application already installed. but it isn't. how to get it installed?

The best way is for you to access the mobile app from her device and to download it from there. If you have a SecureAnywhere Complete subscription, you will want to download this app from the Google Play Store and enter your My Webroot Account credentials.
