Subscription expired
My WSA Complete sub has been renewed the subscription number has been entered into my console but the phone still indicates that the subscription has expired. The console also shows the same. The renewal was done through Webroot.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.
Did you get a new keycode when you renewed?
If you would please uninstall/reinstall the Webroot Mobile app on your phone, you can find instructions here (Please be sure to install the "Complete" version), and re-enter your new keycode (same as one in console) at that time. Please run a scan on phone after you do.
Your phone should appear in your online console shortly thereafter.
