Texting Picture
Since installing Webroot on my Android I cannot send pictures via text. any help would be appreciated.

Can you try to disable the WSA shields one by one in order to try to address which one could be blocking pictures?
Alternatively you could try to reinstall WSA completly.
The last option is to open a support ticket to let Webroot techies troubleshoot your issue.

In addition to what Pegas suggested, you can also uninstall Webroot to see if the issue persists, just to see if it is actually Webroot causing the problem.
