Did you encrypt your phone? If not, you might be able to factory reset it. Otherwise, your best bet might be to head back to the store you bought it from to see if they can unlock it for you

+62I am afraid you'll have to reset your phone. Otherwise here is some information that might be helpful from the Webroot Mobile Guide.
But as@JAQ-PC has stated you could go to where you bought the phone and they can do a Reset on it if you haven't done so already.
