Username/Password inconsistencies.......Please advise.

Based on my "once-over" glance of the iOS board, it seems my problem is a semi-frequent one.  However, it appears that the reasons for this issue tend to vary from user to user. 
 
My accurate login information fails to work on either SecureSynch or SecureWeb.  I would appreciate somebody looking into this at their earliest convenience and advising me of the appropriate course of action.

Addendum:  I am using SecureAnywhere Complete 2012.  I can provide product details (keycode, etc.) on request.?
