2 is the newer version and it’s not free and it’s built into a Chrome Based Browser.
1 is the older version that might not run on newer Android OS’s and you can use it as a free version.
Also with this version you can download the older Webroot browser and again it might not install on newer Android OS’s. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.webroot.secureweb
