Webroot not working

Hello.  New the community and need help.  Received message of a threat.  Selected fix this after review of threat, and program will not respond.  Error messages was something along the lines of a Trojan- "Android Easter Egg". Webroot seems to be stuck and wont move past this.  I tried to recant and it came back to this original error message.  I'm on the verge of uninstalling this app and reinstalling.  Any suggestions?
