I cant log into webroot securesync says login invalid

Are you able to login to the SecureSync app now? I apologize that this slipped by until today. It looks like you are receiving an invalid username error on the backend. Please refer to the article linked below for helpful tips when logging into the mobile apps.
 
Mobile - "Login Failed"
 
I will also send you the email address you should be using in a Private Message. Can you please reply with your SecureAnywhere Complete keycode so I can investigate further? :D
