after 5 mns of working, Webroot scan self-destructs. WHY? IT'S UPSETTING ME!!!!!!!

    Sorry you are having these issues. Have you rebooted/restarted your device? Then scan again. If this fails then proceed to the following steps.
     
    Would you uninstall WSA on your device and startover with a clean install?

    Then you can follow these instructions to install WSA. Have your keycode available, (written down)
